Baby shower!

This past weekend was so great. My family put together a beautiful baby shower for me. We had a really good turnout. It was kind of a crazy night if I do say so myself....first off there was a gas leak in American Fork so they closed an exit down so traffic was so horrible it is amazing anyone even made it to the shower. Then half way through the shower our power went out due to a crazy snow/wind storm. I opened all of my presents up in the dark. It made for a rather eventful/fun evening. I can not tell my family thank you enough for all of the hard work they put into the shower. I don't know how I ever got so lucky. Suzie did an amazing job on the balloons, I am truly amazed at her talent that she says she doesn't have. Chelsie did an awesome job on the chicken salad sandwhiches, and everyone thought Val's cupcakes were to die for. :) And I'm so grateful to my mom and all of the support she has given me. And thank you for all of the gifts! Emma is already spoiled rotten and she isn't even here yet. I woke up Saturday night to the wind and the storm outside our house, and while I was trying to go back to sleep, I just kept thinking of all my blessings and how I don't deserve them. I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful daughter on the way. And I have the gospel. Who could ask for more. Anyways, I didn't take many pictures of the shower, but I did happen to get one of the baloons. :)

Here are some of my friends that came to the shower with me. Four of us are pregnant in this picture. Me, Katie, and Amber are all having girls! Yeah for girls! And my friend Whitney is the outcast and is having a boy. :) And my little niece Makenna snuck in on the picture.

And these are the balloons Suzie made. Everyone loved the pacifier/rattle balloons!

Early Saturday morning I arrived home from work to find Emma's little nursery already complete. Chance's family had worked hard all week long to get everything ready and Chance and his family worked all Friday night to complete it so it would be ready in time for my baby shower on Saturday. I was so surprised by it all that I was speechless. It really looks amazing. A big thanks to everyone that contributed to make it so great! I owe it to all of you! I am truly blessed and humble.
So here are pics of the room...

I kind of picked this vinyl lettering out..its too perfect. :)
Gotta love the cowboy boots!

The crib and assessories...

The curtains, you can't really tell but the curtain holders are made out of horseshoes.. Chance's dad welded them all...

We better not change the name now, it is set in stone. :)
